Xinji Huarui Non-woven Technology Co., Ltd.
Xinji Huarui Non-woven Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the leading automotive filter paper manufacturers in China with over 20 years of experience. Founded in 2007 in the Xinleitou Development Zone of Xinji City, Hebei Province (south of National Road 307), the company focuses on non-woven technology R&D and the production and sales of wood pulp filter paper, non-woven fabrics and related filter media.
Running 5 production lines with an annual capacity of 28,000 tons, we manufacture air filter paper, oil filter paper and fuel filter paper for automotive filter elements. Our proprietary Gradient Technology improves dust-holding capacity by 70% and extends service life by 50%. A 3,000 m² laboratory is equipped with PALAS MFP3000, FTD3000, TSI 3160 and the Phenom Desktop SEM.
Recently we launched two major development themes — Functional Nano Materials and 100% Synthetic Filter Media — delivering complete media solutions from M6, F7, F8, F9 to E10–E12 for gas turbine intakes, industrial dust collection, pig farming air purification and more.

Two decades of steady growth from 2006 to today.
RMB 100 million fully synthetic filter media production line completed and commissioned.
Municipal Party Secretary visited local filter paper enterprises.
City mayor visited the industrial zone for field research.
Employee honored with a provincial-level commendation.
RMB 50 million filter-material line (8,000–10,000 t/yr) commissioned; first in China to launch fully synthetic filter media; passed SASTIND military-civil fusion certification; hosted the 4th founding congress of the Filter Subcommittee of the National Automotive Standardization Committee.
Renamed Xinji Huarui Non-woven Technology Co., Ltd.; honored as Hebei "Specialized, Refined & Innovative" SME in December.

Among the first Chinese plants equipped with a dual-layer composite papermaking machine.
